Delivery and Shipping​

We offer shipping to most locations in India.

We usually dispatch products that are in stock within two business day from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed.

Shipping Dispute Issues
In case of any shipping related disputes such as damaged items, missing items or items showing delivered but not received please contact us within 24 hours via email on info@prabhatagri.com for us to process the complaint. Any requests made after 24 hours of receipt of DELIVERY EMAIL/SMS or Actual Delivery will not be considered.
